Do you offer an official brand warranty?
We are an independent workshop. We provide a warranty on our work, ranging from 12 to 24 months depending on the type of service performed.
Can I speak directly with a watchmaker?
Yes, you will have direct contact with the watchmaker responsible for your piece throughout the entire service process.
What is the service turnaround time?
This depends on the complexity and the parts required. In general, a simple service takes 4 to 6 weeks, while grand complications may require 8 to 12 weeks. The exact timeframe is communicated after the diagnosis.
